We got an interesting gadget from Casio, which the online store provided us for testing oddo.com.ua. G-Shock times, equipped with Bluetooth. We tested them for two weeks, which allowed us to take a closer look at it.
First impression – heaps of instructions with which it seems not to understand. The biggest question was – what color will we get a copy for testing. After lifting the lid, there was a moment of confusion. On a soft pillow lay a white G-shock. “Well, how is it white? There were no men?” – bullied colleagues.
According to preliminary estimates, it turned out, that's not bad. White GB-6900B is suitable for virtually any kind of sportswear. And if someone paid attention to him, then rather, showing keen interest. Especially, what G-shock it's been since some time, a real classic in the Casio range and a very fashionable gadget.
Made to a high standard. watch strap, true, squeaks a little, but makes a very solid impression. Externally smooth and glossy surface, with inner matte and pleasant to the wrist. Simple and ordinary.
The G-Shock feels good in the hand and is light. weighs 65 grams. Size is the same as previous models. Some consider it too “massive”, but we don't think it's too big, not too small.

The watch has four buttons, responsible for management and one in the center “point G”, where does the backlight turn on. Using button “Adjust”, “Mode”, “Split-Reset” and “Start-Stop”, we can control the basic functions of G-shocka, i.e. stopwatch, alarm clock, countdown timer, and, of course, set date, time, or check world time.
On this, but, acquaintance with Shockiem does not end. Word “Bluetooth” in the model name means that the thing has a wireless connection. And in fact, Wristwatch can wirelessly connect to iPhone 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S4, and after downloading a special application to the phone, real miracles are provided (of course, like the G-Shocka).
Well, okay, – miracles is too much. G-Shock Bluetooth will update the date and time when paired with a phone, and after the application is configured accordingly, it will notify us of the received letter, or incoming call. In both cases, the watch can announce this with a vibration or an audible signal.. Corresponding icon, or the text will also appear in the upper right window of the clock display.
These features are fairly easy to install using the Casio app., available on the App Store (on Google Play in the case of Samsung). Notification of messages and calls worked immediately. Couldn't just do it, so that the clock informs us about Facebook notifications.
G-Shocka Bluetooth can also control the music player on your phone, although it is quite troublesome, compared to touch screen control. A much more interesting option is the ability to search for a lost phone, the ability to call it. Good item for roasters.
Finally – Casio G-Shock Bluetooth is a product, without a doubt, interesting. All features, about which the manufacturer assured work and having gained experience, you can use them without obstacles.
