Let's start with the most important. What's new in the Apple Watch Series 7?

I admit, that this screen looks pretty cool. But… as much as possible?
Apple itself, it seems, is experiencing problems with the description of its new smartwatch on the official website, and focuses only on the screen. Almost half of the presentation is related to the display - how big it is (we are still talking about watches), perfectly rounded and durable. The rest of the page praises the battery charging and sports features, the, where nothing remarkable was invented. One question arises:
Don't you think, that Apple wants to sell the old one, slightly refreshed product as new and highly innovative?
Personally, this is exactly the impression I have. First of all, I’ll admit that I’m a fan of the Apple brand and I admire their marketing when they create a “prestige” shell around their products.. In the same time, I have to admit, I expected much more from Tim Cook's company, than, what we were presented with - and I'm really disappointed.
so, let's take a closer look at the new Apple Watch Series 7 and evaluate, Is it worth queuing for this equipment?.
The appearance of the watch could have changed more noticeably
Difference between Series 7 и Series 6 noticeable in terms of screen size. But really, there is nothing new in this. Anyway, we know Apple Watch like this (square body and rounded edges) since the first generations. I understand perfectly, what is it, perhaps, business card of this brand's watches, but this did not stop us from changing the design of the flagship product itself - the iPhone, the frames of which are square for the second generation in a row.
We're used to the rounded bezels of the Apple Watch. Them, for whom appearance is more important than technical parameters, they may already be boring.
So why did Apple decide to stick to the famous form?? It is not excluded, which is for the same reason, why Volkswagen changed so little in subsequent generations of Golf, less experienced people will not notice the difference between the sixth and seventh generation. As well, like Apple Watch. If it's for sale, why make changes??
Anyway – I appreciate the larger screen, but this change does not satisfy me. Bigger display also means new watch faces, to highlight its size and even smaller frames. There's really nothing surprising about this, after all, Apple has a habit of presenting them every year.
Also worth noting, that the new display in the seventh generation of this watch should be as much as 70% brighter indoors (with your wrist down - thanks to Always-on-Display ). You can argue, is this a very important functionality or more of a cosmetic change.
Personally, I'm used to checking the time on my Apple Watch by raising my hand and it works so smoothly, that even a slight movement can wake them up. Therefore, for me the function is not necessary and the brightness is not impressive. But if this is an innovative change for any of you – I don't see any problems.

That's one more thing, which Apple decided to highlight. New, Apple's innovative watch will make texting easier, because the buttons on the on-screen keyboard will become a few pixels larger. A small plus, but, is the ability to set several timers at once thanks to the large screen. You can track the cooking time of French fries in the oven and frying pork chops in a frying pan at the same time. I'm completely serious. This is a very cool option!

I don't want to appear, that I'm trying to find problems with the new watch, but such small changes in the context of energy management do not make a big difference, until the total operating time on a full battery changes (least) on 2 day. Otherwise we will continue to charge the watch every day, with the difference, that instead of an hour, it will take 15 less minutes.
For most, this change will not be noticeable., after all, none of us hovers over the watch while charging and admires the, How quickly does the display bar fill up?.
Otherwise nothing new
When it comes to training, Most attention is paid to the large display. Thanks to this you will see more, faster and clearer. Still you'll see the same thing, same as on Apple Watch Series 3, just in slightly higher resolution.
The new watch also learned to recognize, when their user gets on the bike, and remind you to start your workout. If the trip doesn't go according to your plan and you fall, thanks to the fall detection function you can call for help.

Is it worth buying an Apple Watch Series? 7?
In my opinion - no. Цена Apple Watch Series 7 start with 14 000 UAH. The smartest choice would be to buy an Apple Watch SE (from 10 000 UAH), which are really close to the last generation, presented at yesterday's conference.
If SE for some reason does not suit you, prices for the sixth generation Apple Watch will certainly begin to fall, and in terms of visual and performance they are even closer to the seventh.
The revolution can be expected in a year - and then buying the latest model may be wise. However at the moment, especially if you have AW6 or AW5, there is absolutely no reason to replace.
