Roasted cutlets of chicken and zucchini

I thought yesterday, what to cook for dinner today. I wanted, that was quick, useful and calorie. The easiest way would be to cook up some noodles, but th, in turn, It does not belong to the most diet foods and requires the preparation of a great sauce, it also takes some time, which I did not have. I beat zucchini and chicken breast. I decided to combine them and, in this way, appeared vegetarian cutlets of chicken with zucchini. Of course, baked, to be easily and quickly (burgers, pekutsa themselves, You do not need to stand over them). I recommend dinner today with the addition of a delicious salad.

Roasted cutlets of chicken and zucchini

Ingredients (came out 9 cutlets, 1 cutlet app. 75 kcal):

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 зеленый цуккини среднего размера

  • 2 tablespoons rice flour (can be replaced with wheat)
  • tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • half a teaspoon of ground pepper
  • salt (about 1,5 no. spoons)

Training:

Zucchini wash and wipe the skin on a grater with large cells. Solim half teaspoon salt and leave, to let water.

Chicken fairly finely chopped (first cut into slices, and then it was fine shinkuem). You can also grind it in a meat grinder, or use ready minced chicken. solim (about 1 teaspoon salt), add pepper, rubbed his fingers thyme, paprika and send it to the side.

The chicken add a well-wrung grated zucchini, egg and flour. mix well, ready to repel the stuffing by hand and leave for about 15-20 minutes.

Heat oven to 170-180 C. Put the baking tray with baking paper. Of the meat mass forming patties (weight can vary quite freely, but makes them not very large then during baking cakes will not fall apart), which is laid on a baking sheet.

Cutlets bake oven in the middle part approximately 25-35 minutes (whichever, how your oven bakes). Patties should not be heavily browned, because they will dry.

This is an excellent idea for a dinner for children and adults, that will appeal to and definitely not do without additives. Serve with favorite ingredients, eg, steamed vegetables or sauce. This dish can be fed traditionally with rice or potatoes and salad, It can also be seen as a well-fed snack to blame. Proven themselves as hamburger or a light salad as a lunch to work.
