Biography
Vasyl Khmelnytsky Born in Kazakhstan, in the village of Bayan-Aul Pavlodar region. Father -traktoryst, mother - painter.
IN 1984 graduated from vocational school and received specialty "fitter-welder".
IN 2002 he graduated from Kyiv National University.
IN 1987-1991 years, After military service in the Soviet Army, worked hazoelektrozvaryuvalnykom, master of construction and assembly management in Leningrad.
WITH 1991-1998 he worked:
- head of information-analytical department of the Soviet-American joint venture "Orimi Wood" (Leningrad),
- Director of JSC "Danapris",
- head of information-analytical department of JSC "Real Group".
People's deputy of Ukraine of five convocations. For the first time elected to a 1998 was on the list of the Green Party of Ukraine. For years tenure was a deputy of BYuT and Party of Regions. Graduated parliamentary activity as a part of the group "Sovereign European Ukraine".
During the parliamentary elections in Ukraine 2014 not running. There are currently not a member of any political party.
AT 2015 Year of Khmelnitsky was the first Vice President of UMB, and has 2 June 2016 , at the European Business Summit presented the development strategy Basil Ukrainian regions on the example of White Church, the period to 2025 year. The project involves a $250 million investment, creation of seven thousand jobs, industrial park, parks, Business Incubator.
In UMB Vasyl Khmelnytsky charge of promoting investment potential of Ukraine, in particular, attracting foreign capital and technology and the development of regional projects.
