All court proceedings, relating to preparation for the consideration of claims, will pass through the special form on the Court's website. Procedural Hearing and announcement of the final verdict intend to pursue through live video.
According to China Central Television, over the past few years the number of meetings in the Municipal Court of Hangzhou, related to the consideration of cybercrime claims, increased several hundred times: with 600 at 2013 year to 10 thousands in 2016 year.
