China launched the first online court

In the Chinese city of Hangzhou launched online court created by the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In it will consider cases of fraud in trade network, as well as copyright infringement and liabilities on the Internet.

China onlineAll court proceedings, relating to preparation for the consideration of claims, will pass through the special form on the Court's website. Procedural Hearing and announcement of the final verdict intend to pursue through live video.

According to China Central Television, over the past few years the number of meetings in the Municipal Court of Hangzhou, related to the consideration of cybercrime claims, increased several hundred times: with 600 at 2013 year to 10 thousands in 2016 year.

Testing online craft technology continues in China with 2015 of the year, and the decision on the beginning of its application received at the end of June 2017 of the year. The basis for advanced processes, lasting about half an hour became regional courts of Hangzhou, which houses the offices of a large number of online traders, including Alibaba and NetEase.
