SilentiumPC introduces an improved version of the Vero M1 600W adapter

Some time ago we had the opportunity to test the SilentiumPC Vero M1 600W power supply. The manufacturer collected user feedback and decided to release an improved version of it.. What is different about the updated Vero M1 600W and how to recognize it on store shelves?

Changes primarily concern wiring, because the new version uses black bundles with horizontal wires (they used to be round with nylon braid). This solution not only improves the visual aspect, but should also have a positive effect on the air flow inside the case.

Besides, the manufacturer decided to replace one PCI-E 6-pin connector with PCI-E 6+2-pin, thanks to which the power supply is also physically compatible with more elective video cards - after all, we are already dealing with two such connectors.

The new version of the adapter has exactly the same designation, but the packaging is different - it was packed in a so-called brown box, that is, gray boxes with black lettering (Previously it was white cardboard with color printing). Stores should only sell the current version, but if in doubt, you can ask the sellers. The price has not changed and is still about 1000 UAH
