Quad/Graphics implements an integrated ERP system and increases efficiency by 30%

Quad/Graphics Europe Sp. z o. O. – it is one of the largest and at the same time the most modern printing enterprises in Europe, decided to implement an ERP information system, to improve the functioning of individual areas of the enterprise.

The company has two printing houses, which provide additional services for the production of printed products. The company decided to implement the IFS Applications system, to optimize key business processes, such as finance, production and distribution.

This system provides comprehensive control over the implementation of these processes, provides quick access to information and facilitates management decision-making. Thanks to its capabilities, IFS Applications has improved the company's performance in the field of financial and tax reporting, thereby ensuring rapid turnover and processing of documents.

IFS Applications allows us to manage our activities more efficiently. We got full, a quick look at financial data. Already today the system allows us to increase efficiency by 30%, because the number of transactions in the IFS Applications system has increased so much. The launched solutions provide support for all key areas of the company's activities - from finance, production, personnel distribution and wages. IFS Applications is currently used by more than 130 Quad/Graphics Europe employees.
