Another Scientific-Research Institute in Ukraine, I decided to switch to the ERP-system company SIMPLE S. BUT. SIMPLE.ERP integrated information system has been selected as a result of competition by the Institute of Road Transport in Kiev. Company SIMPLE S. A. will implement the system, providing the appropriate technical infrastructure, as well as hold a series of seminars for employees in its use.
Implementation will include the most important areas, that is, finance and accounting, fixed assets, personnel and wages, as well as savings in material, management of scientific projects, budgeting, reporting, and controlling with the working time.
Implementation SIMPLE.ERP system will improve the management and accounting processes, implemented within the framework of projects of the Institute, It enables accurate construction and management of the budgets division and ongoing tasks, as well as planning and costing of individual segments of the institution and the account of the scientific staff of the studies.
The system will provide electronic document circulation process and cost accounts, related research projects, and its users will be able to create reports and planning of income and expense. SIMPLE.ERP advantage of the system is to serve the various sources of funding, which is especially useful in the case of research units, implementing several projects of EU subsidies.
Road Transport Institute leads Kiev, coordinates and takes care of the promotion of research activities in the field of road transport. The Institute is working to improve the functioning and organization of road transport, reduction in the risk of its development, as well as improving road safety.
