The new series includes storage media M.2 2280 three capacitive versions: 128 GB, 256 GB i 512 GB. On board turned out 4-channel controller Phison PS5008-E8, Memory 3D TLC NAND, and a buffer DRAM (depending on the version 128 – 512 MB).
