WITH 11 April 2023 tariff line of the Home Internet service from Kyivstar was supplemented with a new tariff Home Basic. This is stated in the message on the website of the mobile operator.
“As part of the tariff, Internet is offered at speeds up to 100 Mbps with board 100 USD / month. The tariff is available only to new Home Internet subscribers”, - the message says.
Also reported, what to activate the tariff, your account must have 100 UAH. This is the initial payment.. Monthly fee will be deducted from it.
In the first month of use, the payment for Home Internet is charged only for that number of days, left until the end of the month. The fee will then be debited from your account. 1 date of each month.
If on the day of payment of the tariff on the account there is not enough, Home Internet will turn off. To use it again, top up your account with the required amount - everything will work within 5 minutes.
You can also use the Week of Trust service. Under the terms of the service, 7 Internet days, if you did not have time to replenish.

- independently through My Kyivstar.
- on request *461# from Kyivstar mobile number, specified as a contact in My Kyivstar.
- by number 0 800 300 460 (from a Kyivstar number or another mobile operator,
- calls from fixed and mobile networks of Ukraine are not charged).
- The Week of Trust service is free of charge.
