In South Korea, began installing signs warning pedestrians, who use smartphones.
Some people find it difficult to imagine life without a smartphone. These devices, in many cases help us very much, but the consequences of their use can sometimes be dire. Special, if used in the wrong places(at pedestrian crossings).
Contrary to popular belief, it is not joke. As evidenced by the recent actions of the authorities in Seoul. So, they began to install new signs in the 5 boroughs. They must warn, mainly the youngest pedestrians, about the dangers, associated with the movement of a pedestrian crossing with a distraction to the smartphone and not the road conditions.
Because of, what reigns in South Korea, "the great popularity of smartphones" procedure designed to improve safety on the road is not surprising. The question is, whether such measures at least to some extent effective? Similar ideas are beginning to implement in other countries, possibly, once we see them in Ukraine.
