The first result of the change in approach will be the appearance updates for smartphones: Xperia XZ2, Xperia XZ2 Compact, Xperia XZ2 Premium, Xperia XZ1, Xperia XZ1 Compact and Xperia XZ Premium immediately after the premiere Android 9.0 Pie. Sony has also announced, that is going in the future to allow their users to participate in the beta testing of new operating systems and solutions from Google.
