Recently we had the opportunity to test the vehicle ADATA Ultimate SU800 with modern 3D TLC NAND drives, which surprised us with a very good performance and attractive price. However, this is not the last word of the company ADATA in the subject of multilevel memory, because according to a statement it has in the range Ultimate SU900 model - this time they are based on memory 3D MLC NAND, поэтому должны заинтересовать еще более требовательных клиентов.
Series Ultimate SU900 includes four capacitive version: 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 and 2 TB.
