ADATA is their most high-performance SSD – model XPG SX8000

Series XPG SX8000 takes advantage interface pci express 3.0 x4 and NVMe protocol, thus boasts pass 2400 MB / sec.

To date, ADATA company had in its range of vehicles SSD with PCI-Express interface, and could not compete in the flagship segment of the SSD carrier. However, the Taiwanese manufacturer has decided to catch up and introduced high-speed models XPG SX8000.

Series XPG SX8000 includes media type M. 2 2280 in four versions which differ in terms of:

• 512 GB;

The manufacturer has applied here controller Silicon Motion SM2260 with support PCI-Express interface 3.0 x4 and NVM Express protocol 1.2, as well as the memory Micron 3D MLC NAND. Not without the RAM and cache, working on the basis of memory SLC NAND, but the manufacturer did not disclose details about them.

Through the use of high-performance components, media can boast a pass 2400 MB / s sequential read and 1000 MB / s sequential write. Less capacious versions naturally have a slightly worse performance.
