DuckDuckGo- search engine that doesn't follow users

Since the infamous NSA surveillance scam, conversations about surveillance of internet users are not losing their popularity. Microsoft also collects information about users with its Windows 10, and Google with its search engine and Android. therefore, if you are tired of constant surveillance on the Internet, use a search engine DuckDuckGo, whose creators do not spy on users, at the same time they work honestly and earn money on advertising.

DuckDuckGo is an American search engine, which was created in 2008 year, its headquarters are in Valley Forge, state of Pennsylvania. DuckDuckGo shows results from individual queries based on more than traditional data sources, but also on information posted on the Internet. But the most important thing, this search engine does not collect any data from its users.

Many companies often tell you otherwise., that combining your data and information about your online activities is a necessity. Apparently due to this, search results are more accurate and better respond to your queries. The other side of the coin is advertising revenue, that are ideal for your audience based on the information available about you.

Looking for reviews confirming observation, you will quickly be taken to the above mentioned arguments. Without tracking, search engines will be less effective, and the entire electronic economy will crumble to dust. On practice, as shown by small companies and online initiatives, can be efficient and profitable without collecting data about its users. An example here would be the search engine DuckDuckGo.

DuckDuckGo is a free system, as well as the increasingly popular. However, you can think about, how long can a given search engine remain on the market if it does not track its users, because theoretically there is no reason to generate income. However, as the creator of the search engine Gabriel Weinberg notes, DuckDuckGo is actually a profitable project! It is a myth, that you have to follow people to make money searching on the Internet.

Weinberg further explains, how to make money on the Internet. Most money is made untracked by serving query-based ads., for example you enter a car, and you get a car advertisement. These ads are profitable, since people are going to buy it. All this leads to the fact that people who enter a search engine and enter a car see the same ad.

The graph below shows the growing popularity of the search engine DuckDuckGo, based on daily requests. Item B shows how users react to changes in Google's privacy policy, C is the moment Edward Snowden informed the world about internet surveillance practices, and the letters D and E are the introduction of DuckDuckGo to the Safari and Firefox browsers.

The company serves advertising, although not in a very intrusive way and is going to fight for his survival. All this in compliance with high standards and care for the safety of the data of its users.

As you know, it is possible to provide not only good quality services without monitoring Internet users, but also make money online.

I do not understand, how to run ads in DuckduckGo.
I don't see this information anywhere.
Management asks to run ads there, and I can't even find where there is such a thing as google adwords .
