Samsung officially unveiled a special version of the flagship smartphone Galaxy S20, intended for military.
The device is called Samsung Galaxy S20 Tactical Edition. Developed in collaboration with the federal government and the US Department of Defense. The release of the smartphone will occur in the third quarter of this year, but it will not be on open sale.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Tactical Edition offers two levels of encryption, which allows you to process even secret data with it. The device connects to military tactical radio communications and mission control systems.
There is a special mode for using a smartphone with night vision goggles. Spy mode disables cellular and radio communications. Smartphone can be easily unlocked in horizontal mode, when it is attached to the chest of a soldier.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Tactical Edition is identical to the original Galaxy S20 in terms of specifications.. It is equipped with 12 GB RAM and 128 GB flash memory. Includes Juggernaut IMPCT protective case and dedicated software. The cover is available for sale at a price $55.
