Germany seemed, that Facebook's too much, therefore the Antimonopoly Service of Germany opened a case against the company Facebook, suspected of abusing its dominant market position of social media. The occasion was the imposition of social network users disadvantageous contract for the use of their personal data. But, according to representatives of agencies, not all violations of the social network can be seen in the light of the antimonopoly legislation of Germany.
In Facebook's press service assured, the company did not violate the law, and is ready to assist in the investigation, which was also attended by experts on the protection of personal data, Association for Consumer Protection, The European Commission and the antitrust authorities of other EU Member States.
Recall, that 1 January 2015 , Facebook collects not only the contact information of the user, administered during registration in social networks, but also data, which are transferred to them or other members of the resource through the internal messenger Facebook.
