The last few months have not been easy for either Intel, neither for us supporters, planning to buy a new processor. Luckily, recently the situation has improved, which led to a long-awaited processors at lower prices. How did this affect their sales?

One of the users of the website Reddit published processor sales report for January at the store Mindfactory. true, these data relate only to one major distributor in Germany, but we can consider them as an indicator of the current situation on the retail market.
Despite improvements with Intel processors, buyers still tend to choose AMD models. Last month, almost two out of three processors sold are from the "red".
The most popular models are Ryzen 5 2600, Ryzen 7 2700X, Ryzen 5 2600X, Ryzen 5 2400G и Ryzen 3 2200G. Of the competing models are very popular Core i9-9900K, Core i5-9600K, Core i7-9700K, as well as the Core i7-8700K and Core i5-8400.
