Mass production of the new processor is expected only at the beginning of next year, but the network is already beginning to emerge leaks about the planned models.

Вчера мы писали о процессоре Intel Core i3-8121U – первый представитель изготовленный по 10-нм техпроцессу из поколения Cannon Lake. As it turns out, the manufacturer plans to release other models of the new generation.

In the database there 3DMark records with Intel Core m3-8114Y model, which refers to a series of Cannon Lake-Y. It is reported that it will be used in the most compact laptops.

Base 3DMark also discloses partial characteristics of the processor - it was equipped with:

• 2 nuclei / 4 flows working base frequency 1,5 GHz (Turbo mode frequency in, not yet known);
• memory controller LPDDR4;
• integrated graphics ultra-hd Graphics.

It is also reported that the TDP will be at 4,5 W.

Intel is these messages are still no comment.
